Vishnu has a decade of experience in the IT Staffing and Consulting arena. He started his career as a Technical Recruiter
and has over the years been responsible for placing hundreds of IT professional in very senior positions. Over the years
Vishnu has evolved into a management professional who developed and established best practices for IT recruiting, a very
important ingredient in the success of Global Technical Talent. In the industry Vishnu is known for his relationship building
skills, extensive contacts in the industry, very thorough candidate screening process and he is never known to skip a step.
Vishnu holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University and also Bachelors in Computer
Engineering from PSG College of Technology, India. He has also attended several executive management programs at Harvard

Angie Syvertson has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and is an Accredited Fraud Investigator (AFI), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She brings 15 years of extensive industry experience in finance, accounting & management to GTT. She has spent the last 12 years with a large public accounting firm based out of New England in several leading roles. Her background includes corporate financial management, audit technical accounting, design and implementation of internal controls and segregation program, employee benefits, corporate compliance coupled with project, process and administrative management skills. Angie has Big 5 Experience with Ernst & Young and is constantly involved in Public speaking engagements.
Vice President Client Services
Mr. Psareas has over 23 years of experience in the staffing and consulting business, ranging from founding and starting
new companies to working for billion-dollar corporations. His far-reaching expertise covers staffing, project management,
consulting, recruiting, business operations, executive search, contingency, staff augmentation, project solutions, and
training. Certified as a personnel consultant both nationally and internationally, Mr. Psareas holds the designation of
CPC, CIPC and has been an active member of both state and national associations of personnel consultants (NHAPC, MAPC,
and NAPC), conducting training for the state certification exams. He holds a B.S in Business Administration from the
University of New Hampshire.
Vice President – Recruiting Services
Terri is responsible for managing a team of 25 Technical Recruiters with demonstrated experience in managing complex
recruiting events and programs. She has over 15 years of experience in IT Staffing and Human Resources working for
corporations such as Compuware Corporation, TRS Staffing, Raytheon and Boston Communication Group Inc. Terri has
a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, demonstrates mastery of the Recruiting Services Suite of software programs,
is AIRS Certified and holds several other certifications in recruiting best practices. Among Terri's greatest asset
is the ability to assess a client’s or consultant's specific need and develop an effective and personalized recruiting
